Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The house is great and includes most necessities so there is less stress when packing. The trails and tracks are well groomed and so much fun. So happy this place exists and we definitely will be returning!

I had an awesome, unforgettable time at Throttle Therapy. We’re already planning our trip back next year. The house was clean and fully stocked, which made everything easy. As a part-time chef, I especially appreciated the Blackstone, it made me feel right at home. The main track, single track, and technical sections were all a blast. The wash station was a great touch too. Overall, an incredible experience.

We visited Throttle Therapy Lake Anna during one of their opening events where the public was invited to come check out the facility, and it was an awesome experience from start to finish. This was our first time there, and we were really impressed with how much they offer all in one place. The tracks, trails, and overall layout are very well thought out and give riders of all skill levels something to enjoy. The trails were a lot of fun and provided a great mix of riding without feeling overcrowded. The main tracks were exciting and well maintained, and you can tell a lot of effort went into designing them. Our kids especially had a blast at the kids track and the other beginner-friendly areas. It was great to see a place that truly caters to families and not just experienced riders. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. You could tell the staff genuinely cared about people having a good time and staying safe. We spent several hours there and never felt bored. Overall, Throttle Therapy Lake Anna is an amazing spot for families, kids, and anyone who enjoys riding. We had a great time and highly recommend checking this place out. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What a beautiful, FUN property! Our family had such a wonderful time celebrating a milestone birthday last weekend. Plenty of room for everyone. So much to do. Something for everyone. We hope to come back again soon. Can not recommend this place enough

Throttle Therapy is such an amazing property! We had the best time and can’t wait to come back next year. It was truly fun for all ages-our group of six adults and five kids never had a dull moment. The kids especially loved the big track and exploring the trails, while the house itself was perfect to accommodate everyone perfectly. The property is beautiful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
