Tracks and Trails

The property is dirt bike, ATV, UTV, and SxS friendly. The large track is approximately 1.2 miles long and includes tabletops, step ups, step downs, and woops sections. It is fast, wide, and fun. The natural shaded picnic area is great for taking a break or watching your family ride. The short turn track includes small jumps and is conveniently located off the back of the house for easy viewing. All tracks are wide enough for all of your toys. The 65+ acres of woods are honeycombed with designated SxS, ATV, and single track trails. The trails range from fast and flowing to tight single-track. There are two bridges (8 ft. wide) on the property. Included are hill climbs with lines ranging from easy-expert. Enjoy ripping through the tunnels cut through the pines. There are several optional mud holes and log jumps for added pleasure. Don’t forget to hit the “half-pipe”. This natural ravine in the woods has been cleared for you to simulate riding a half-pipe like an Olympic snowboarder.
