3 night minimum required
$22-$55/person per night based on a 15 person occupancy!!
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Check-in is available everyday, except Saturday. There is a 3-night minimum on weekends (Thursday night-Saturday night) year round. Check-out includes use of all property trails and facilities.
Receive a 10% discount with a 7-night stay. All rentals include a $275 cleaning fee if you enter the farm house or garage. All rentals include an additional 6.2% Virginia and Orange County tax fee.
